- Free Return Shipping: For domestic orders, we offer free return shipping. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and receive a prepaid return label.
International Refunds:
- Refund Issuance: Similar to domestic orders, we do not provide direct refunds on returned items for international orders. The money spent on the returned item will be credited to your Gulal Couture account in the form of store credit.
- Wallet Credit: The credited amount will be added to your wallet, where you accumulate loyalty points and refund balances. You can utilize this store credit for future purchases.
- Return Shipping Costs: Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Kindly ensure that the returned item is shipped with a reliable and trackable shipping method.
General Guidelines for Returns and Refunds:
- Eligibility for Returns: To initiate a return, the item must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product for domestic orders and within 30 days for international orders.

Exceptions:
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
