Domestic Returns (Within India):

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@gulalcouture.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • For domestic returns and exchanges, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest Delhivery drop-off point.
  1. Exchange Process:
  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it for quality and condition, we will process your exchange.
  • Exchanges will be shipped out within 1 week of receiving the returned item.

International Returns:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • International returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
  • To initiate an international return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@gulalcouture.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • For international returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping and re-shipping fees.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
  1. Exchange Process:
  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it for quality and condition, we will process your exchange.
  • Exchanges will be shipped out within 1 week after receiving the returned item.

Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or made-to-order items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at customersupport@gulalcouture.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage along with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will either send a replacement or credit the balance to your Gulal Wallet, depending on your preference and item availability.
